  • Monitoring Alerts — automated events processed from NMS Tools
  • NOC Incidents — network-related issues (routing, connectivity, VPN).
  • SOC Incidents — security-related events and investigations.

This portal is intended for authorized Pandoyo Cloud team. Unauthorized access is prohibited and may be logged.

Good to know

  • Auto-responses are customized per department; monitoring alerts may auto-close after processing.
  • Time zone: Asia/Jakarta. SLA timers reflect local time.
  • Agents sign in at /scp.
